What it is

A new smile, fixed in place

All-on-X is a solution for replacing a full arch of missing or failing teeth. Instead of one implant per tooth, your dentist places a small number of implants (typically 4 to 6) to support a single, custom fixed bridge of new teeth. It is a stable, fixed alternative to traditional removable dentures.

Our process

What to expect, step by step

  1. 01

    Comprehensive planning

Using 3D CBCT imaging, we map your bone and design the implant and bridge positions.

  2. 02

    Implant placement

A small number of implants are placed to anchor the new arch, under anesthesia for your comfort.

  3. 03

    Provisional teeth

A temporary fixed bridge may be fitted while the implants heal. (Same-day provisional and timing depend on your case.)

  4. 04

    Final restoration

Once healed, your custom, permanent bridge is placed for lasting function and aesthetics.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as "teeth in a day"?

Some patients may receive a fixed temporary arch soon after surgery, with the permanent bridge placed after healing. Whether this applies to you depends on your individual case.

How is All-on-X different from dentures?

Unlike removable dentures, an All-on-X bridge is anchored to implants and stays fixed in place, so it doesn't slip while eating or speaking.

Will I be comfortable during the procedure?

The procedure is performed under anesthesia or sedation for your comfort, and we provide thorough aftercare guidance and follow-up.
